An FCD Prevention Specialist since 2006, Mr. Brown holds a BA from Queens College, an MBA from State University of New York at Binghamton, and a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Cornell University. He taught elementary school for the City of New York, and co-founded a firm which provided training in conflict resolution, diversity, team building, peer leadership, and character development for grades three through 12.
